Night View of Royu Driveway East Rokko Platform

The night view from the Royu Driveway Higashi Rokko Observation Platform can provide an enjoyable view that extends over a wide area from Itami Airport to Umeda Osaka, Kansai International Airport and Wakayama because it is positioned to the east of the Rokko Mountain Range. The mountain formation on the seaside is Mount Kabuto of Nishinomiya. The Royu Driveway is a toll road (400 yen for standard-sized car traveling between Arima IC and Hoden IC, but because it is a close distance of about 10 minutes by car from Arima, it makes a good place for a quick stop to admire the night view.
