Night View of Sailing Vessels "Kaio-maru" and "Nippon-maru"

Night view photography now extends to Meriken Park because of the anchoring of the sailing training vessels Nippon-maru and Kaio-maru at the Kobe Harbor First Pier. These ships are said to have a rendezvous for the first time in three and a half years. The ships are about 110 meters in length and have a mast height of about 50 meters high from sea level to the top of the main mast. About 600 electrical lights can be attached to the ships.
