Once you have crossed the Kobe Bridge, you will be able to see from the Port Island North Park a beautiful night view that includes Harborland and a glittering panorama augmented by the Kobe Bridge. A Western-style home constructed in the Kitano Ijinkan (Western-style Houses) district by an American trader in 1906 was relocated inside the park and opened as "Minato-ijinkan." You can see the night view spanning a large range of the Port of Kobe, including the buildings of downtown Kobe, a large ferris wheel, the Port Tower, shipping building factories, and hoisting cranes standing closely aligned as scenic lighting for Shisho-zan (Mount City Crest) and Ikari-yama (Mount Anchor).
