元湯龍泉閣では、より快適にご予約いただけますよう、宿泊予約システムを「Direct In」から「Direct In S4」へ変更いたしました。

■システム切替日時

2025年5月26日（月）16:00～18:00

～　旧システムで会員登録されたお客様へ　パスワード再設定のお願い　～

旧予約システム「Direct In」でご登録いただいた会員情報は新システムへ引き継がれておりますが、初回ログイン時にパスワードの再設定が必要です。

【パスワード再設定の手順】

（1）ログイン画面で「パスワードをお忘れの方」をクリック

（2）「パスワードの再設定」画面にて、以前ご登録いただいたメールアドレスを入力し、「送信」をクリック

（3）入力されたメールアドレスに「パスワード再設定のご案内」メールが届きます

（4）メール内のリンクをクリックし、「パスワードの更新」画面で新しいパスワードを設定
　　※このパスワードは今後、Direct In S4で使用するものになります
　　※旧システムでの予約確認時は、従来のパスワードをご利用ください

（5）新しいパスワードでDirect In S4にログインが可能となります

【会員情報の修正が必要な場合】

一部の会員様には、ログイン時に「アカウント情報の更新」画面が表示されます。
必要事項をご入力いただくことで、そのままログイン・ご予約操作が可能です。

【旧システムでのご予約の確認・取り消しをご希望のお客様へ】

旧システム（Direct In）でご予約いただいたお客様は、以下のリンクよりご予約内容の確認・キャンセルが可能です。

Notice of Reservation System Update

Thank you for your continued patronage.

To enhance your booking experience, Motoyu Ryuusenkaku has upgraded its reservation system from “Direct In” to “Direct In S4.”

■ System Migration Schedule
May 26, 2025 (Mon) from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (JST)

Important Notice for Customers Registered with the Previous System

If you registered as a member using our previous reservation system “Direct In,” your member information has been transferred to the new system.
However, you will be required to reset your password upon your first login.

How to Reset Your Password

(1) Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen

(2) On the “Password Reset” screen, enter the email address you previously registered and click “Send”

(3) You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password

(4) Click the link in the email, then enter your new password on the “Update Password” screen
　※ This password will be used to log into Direct In S4 from now on
　※ To check or cancel reservations made under the old system, please continue using your previous password

(5) You can now log in to Direct In S4 using your newly set password

If You Need to Update Your Member Information

In some cases, an “Update Account Information” screen may appear when logging in for the first time.
Please complete the required fields to proceed with login and continue with your booking.

For Customers Who Made Reservations Using the Previous System

If you made a reservation using the old “Direct In” system, you can still check or cancel your booking using the following link:
