The aquarium is the Suma Beach swimming area with an expansive park filled with greenery. This is not only a splendid environment for the ecology of marine life, but the facilities were built to allow close observation of marine live in an environment that is as natural as possible.
The Oji Zoo is one of three large zoos in the Kansai area. The total area is more than 80,000 square meters with 850 animals from a total of 150 different species on the premises.
Located north of the line of cities of Takarazuka, Nishinomiya, Ashiya, and Kobe, the mountain range of Mt. Rokko stands like a partition extending 30km to the east and west at an altitude of 931m above sea level.
The Mt. Maya lookout was selected as one of Japan’s big three night views, and the spectacle is outstanding. The platform was named Kikusei (meaning ‘scoop star’) Platform because of its beautiful night view that seems to scoop the stars.
We will introduce Himeji Castle, a historical Japanese medieval fortress registered as a world cultural heritage site in 1993.The castle is located in the center of Himeji City, about 50 km west of Kobe City.
